Online personality and satirical writer Wes Ferguson (a.k.a. Fergie) is a notorious charlatan. After failing to secure a nomination to the Royal Society in 2001, Ferguson focused his considerable talents on making fun of popular culture. Since the inception of his weblog that year, he has developed perhaps the most elaborate humorist site in cyberspace, building a regular readership in the US and abroad.

A published writer, he has also developed content for entertainment sites such as AOL and LAUNCH (now Y! Music). He spent a year working on the awareness campaign for the non-profit Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, and recently helped develop the new online retail store and product guide for Condomania, America's first safer-sex boutique™

He continues to post about safer-sex topics @ the condomblog and contributes regular articles for GLBT webzines, in addition to developing several multi-media projects and compiling his first memoir, A.K.A. Fergie.

Fergie began self-publishing at sixteen, producing a series of sequential art books. He went on to study theatre & dance, later becoming interested in interactive media. Ferguson has also appeared in numerous stage productions, LA fashion shows, and natioal ad campaigns.

He resides in Los Angeles, CA.
